The "Alaskan" - artist renderingThe "ALASKAN" is a beautiful 1220 square foot home that works nicely with a sloping hillside and it is possible to incorporate a garage under the main structure.    The basic ALASKAN has 780 square feet of main floor living space, with an additional 440 square feet of loft area.  The loft incorporates a wide open "fun room" with an overlook into the dining and living areas.  The single bedroom is on the main floor, and the bathroom is well placed to serve the entire structure.   It is possible to add a basement area for additional, cost-effective living space.
