CMM is run by Robert & Paula Caywood.

Robert Caywood came to Alaska in 1983 and has worked all over the state doing everything from dirt work to custom home construction. Prior to moving to Alaska he also worked in Idaho where he even did helicopter work on ski lift construction. He has over 40 years of experience.

Paula Caywood is a degreed civil engineer that spent years doing road construction for Alaska DOT and Mat-Su Borough. She has 30 years project management and construction experience. We have excellent working relationships with many suppliers, subcontractors and other contractors, giving us the added expertise if needed
